I was the liaison before I built this.

Before Censiva, I spent years in pharmacy software and pharmaceutical sales. I understood the healthcare buyer and the clinical workflow, but I hadn't lived inside a home health and hospice operation until I left and took a role as a community liaison for a mid-sized agency with a census over 100.

That's where I saw the problem. I was supposed to know which referral sources were sending, which had gone quiet, and which were drifting toward the competition. But the truth is, none of us really knew. It was word of mouth, hallway conversations, and whatever the intake team happened to mention. The agency didn't have the data it needed, and there was no tool that gave it to us.

The big platforms build for regional and national chains. Independent agencies across Kansas and the surrounding markets are stuck running operations on memory and Excel.

I built Censiva because I knew exactly what that liaison needed, and exactly what the owner was missing.
